No matter what has brought you here today, you do not have to go through it alone
Main Areas of Support
Relational Trauma
Relational trauma includes any trauma that happened within a close relationship. Some examples include childhood abuse, emotional neglect, abandonment, and mistreatment in romantic relationships
Relational trauma can lead to maladaptive coping, unhelpful patterns in relationships, and being overly critical of yourself
We all deserve to feel supported, respected, and safe in our relationships with others. Making connections between the past and the present can help you find a new way forward
Sexual Violence and Abuse
Sexual violence is an umbrella term that describes any physical or psychological harm that occurs by sexual means or by targeting sexuality
Survivors of sexual violence often experience many trauma symptoms and might find themselves feeling stuck or unable to move forward
Healing from sexual violence is a journey that often involves processing the trauma, learning new coping skills, building self-compassion, reducing shame, and rebuilding your sense of self-worth, trust and safety
Healing and recovery are possible.
Perinatal Mental Health
The perinatal period includes trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth and parenting
Grief, loss and trauma can also be a part of the perinatal period
This period can be full of ups and downs and individuals can experience a variety of challenges, including: Mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss, pregnancy terminations, fertility treatments, a traumatic birth, and adjusting to changes in identity and relationships
Receiving support throughout the perinatal period is so important – you do not have to go through this alone
